Papa Fall, Senior Director of Finance & Administration
Papa B. Fall joined Pathfinder International as Director of Finance and Administration in April 2012. In this position, Papa is responsible for the overall financial and contractual management of the Evidence to Action (E2A) Project. Prior to joining Pathfinder International, Papa held previous roles with ABT Associates, Inc. and Conservation International Foundation. Throughout his nearly 20-year career in accounting, finance, grants, contracts, and global operations, Papa has established a reputation for building world-class teams and for successfully aligning financial and business metrics to support organizational business strategy and donors’ expectations. Papa holds a BS in Economics and MS in Management (MIS) from the University of Maryland and is PMP and CPCM certified.
